Daily Duties at Harvey Mudd College:

Supported the continuous improvement efforts of the college by promoting the informed use of institutional data in evidence-based decision making. Managed entire student evaluation of teaching process from instrument design and creation, through data collection, analysis, and reporting of results for 250 courses per semester for both formative and summative purposes. Acted as IPEDS Keyholder to ensure timely and accurate data submissions to remain eligible for federal funding. Promoted shared governance by serving as part of the interface between the voting faculty and the administration on the college curriculum committee by providing data and analysis to the committee, keeping records and advocating for student learning outcomes. Cleaned and wrangled data to prepare for analysis, performed statistical analyses and created data visualizations, interpreted and presented results to inform strategic change.
