Provided leadership to the Office of Human Resources on matters that included the administration of seven union contracts, contract negotiations, grievance hearings and resolution, employee performance evaluations, training and development, teacher licensure and certification, employee benefits, workers’ compensation, records management, regulatory compliance, personnel policies and procedures, employee background checks, and recruitment and retention.
