Recruited from Intel Ireland to revitalize and establish strategic training function for 1,500 staff at the California Technology and Development organization. As strategic business partner to 3 VPs in the 1500-employee California Technology and Manufacturing Group (CTM), spearheaded leadership development, succession planning, change management, communications, organizational health surveys, deployment, and related human resources initiatives.
