Daily Duties at Vaughn, Coltrane Pharr & Associates:

Deliver hands-on support in overseeing day-to-day activities to multiple C-Level personnel, including President, Principal, Architects, and Engineers. Recruit potential candidates by evaluating employment eligibility through E-verify and record their personal information into an internal system for future use. Manage project controls, such as RFIs and Submittals, and maintain detailed records with accuracy and confidentiality. Applied and Renewed licenses for the company in various states. Have professional engineer sign, date and seal (a) All final plans, prints, specifications, reports, or other documents prepared, or issued by the licensee, filed for the public record; (b) All final documents provided to owner or owner’s representative. Stayed on top of all license validity and kept them up-to-date. I have minimized discrepancies via verifying all accounts payable and receivable before VCP&A payments submission.
