 Handpicked to hire and manage a new loss mitigation team of 20 to 25 employees, while developing and implementing new policy and procedures for the team.  Identified loans in violation of FDCPA guidelines and ensured each loan was addressed and corrected.  Pioneered transformational initiatives to oversee all aspects of hiring and terminating employees’ contracts and reported daily to upper management on the progress and findings of the loss mitigation team.  Contacted and worked closely with other internal departments to support information documentation, account history, account corrections and reimbursements.
