Daily Duties at Intuitive Surgical:
Support all aspects of the Windows 2003 Server Infrastructure. Worked with IT Services, Systems Architecture, Business Application, and Software teams in providing unsurpassed technology expertise and support services in rigorous, extremely demanding environment. Anticipated problems and led projects to maintain near-flawless up-time in 24-hour setting. Provided 24-hour assistance, including Level III help desk support. Collaborated with vendors in procuring leading-edge solutions. Negotiated contracts. Managed two direct reports.
