Daily Duties at Zeltiq Aesthetics:
Enterprise Network Infrastructure, Core Technologies: Windows XP/7/8, Mac OS, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Enterasys Barracuda Backup Appliance, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Firewall, Citrix Presentation Server 5.5, Citrix Xenserver 6.1, EJBCA PKI Services, Altigen VoIP Install, manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, equipment, systems and policies for fast-growing organization with 300 in-house and remote employees. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Interact closely with leaders and employees, technical teams and vendors. Negotiate contracts. Write technical documents for network designs, server builds and user guides. Prepare weekly reports. Train staff. Provide Level III help desk support. Plan and strategize future IT solutions. Set up and support remote offices. Collaborate with auditors in implementing SOX controls.
