Conducted complex analyses i.e. budget and financial, wrote and prepared reports and proposals and presented report findings. Advised clients of market position, trends in compensation, and benefit plans based on desired market metric/position. Audited current job functions and performed classification analysis. Updated, restructured, and redesigned classification plans/systems. Assisted in the recruitment of management talent.
