Quality Analyst / Trainer Oklahoma City, Oklahoma • Monitor and score live and recorded calls based on a Quality performance metric for all WSI concepts • Identify business and market trends and recommend suggestions for performance or process improvements • Demonstrates the ability to meet and exceed the expectation of their customers including full resolution to any concerns a customer may have throughout the call • Demonstrating and providing training on marketing tactics to increase sales and resolution rates • Training & mentoring associates on best practices
