SME - CRM/IPM Integration with FICO, SPL modules  Organize Client discussions on requirements and document the same  Prioritize requirements and provide time estimates for solution deliverance  Engage Business, IT and Service providers towards meaningful resolution of gaps identified  Follow-up with resources and task management  Periodic client presentations and recommendations on progress  Organize testing, QA and user acceptance  Meet quality standards on system performance  Present results metrics to business and organize user acceptance  Maintain cook-book for cut-over management
