Daily Duties at Sgic Cloud Technologies:
Formalize road-map for migration / upgrade of existing ECC system to S4HANA 1511 and subsequently extended the migration plan to 1610 version Identified all functional differences with the new version and demonstrated new functionalities that come with S4HANA 1610 version and then later on 1709 as well Global roll-out of SAP solutions across NA, EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions Manage all ERP related project implementations & process improvements to ensure strategies are implemented efficiently as per the plan – tools used Microsoft Projects, Clarity Organize Client discussions on requirements and document the same Engage Business, IT and Service providers towards meaningful resolution of gaps identified Drive the teams to ensure project goals & SLA’s are accomplished satisfactorily Prioritize requirements and provide time estimates for solution deliverance Follow-up with resources and task management Periodic steering committee presentations and recommendations on progress
