Drive cloud-based service offerings from inception to release to market, including all technical and commercial aspects. Lead numerous global, cross-functional teams through the end-to-end Agile software development lifecycle managment process. Coach, and mentor all stakeholders in Agile values and principles and the SAFe framework, Deliver role-based SAFe training to Leaders, Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Teams. Act as SAFe Release Train Engineer for the cloud-based service offerings I manage.
