Experience in both executive and individual contributor roles in construction management. Managed multi-million dollar construction projects with complete P&L responsibility Extensive experience in Program/Project Management, Contract, Claims and Litigation Support. Lead consultant in the recovery of millions of dollars in claims on federal and regional government and private construction projects. Designed support systems for deep excavations and tunnels, bridge false work designs, and complex diversions of existing large diameter water and sewer lines. Designed and implemented one of the first large scale pre-construction surveys digitally stored online with wide area network connectivity for the Redline Rail construction project in Los Angeles in the early 90s.
