Managed and supported more than 25 sales and fulfillment applications to over 28,000 internal business partners nationally. Established an efficient process to resolve production defects for ReverseWare. Provided high-quality tier two production support to over 20 loan centers and 5800 banking centers nationwide. Managed and participated in Oncall Rotation to serve a 24/7 Support Model. Resolved daily problem tickets and resolved severity one issues within SLAs by engaging appropriate technical teams. Worked with release management and business partners after code releases to report, troubleshoot and resolve project defects for multiple Mortgage Applications. Cross-trained global delivery resources in near-shore and offshore sites. Served as a subject matter expert (SME) for our Fulfillment Application and Underwriting Applications. Supported system testing and verification during monthly releases. Participated in development initiatives and deployments (Nexstar). Monitored error logs and resolved issues as necessary.
