Daily Duties at Morgan Stanley:

Administered a $4.5M budget and directed the daily functions for a department comprised of 100 personnel. Directed mission-critical customer service call center and operations responsibilities including account services, scanning and document control, processing, account surveillance, and fraud. Provided strategic guidance to streamline activities of 13 direct reports while concurrently ensuring the attainment of organizational goals and performance objectives. Forged and sustained relationships with both internal and external clients.  Workflow Automation: Served as key contributor in the implementation of a piloted, automated workflow distribution system that enabled scanning at the branch level; the system eradicated mailing costs and truncated turnaround time of document reviews and approvals.  System Implementation: Championed the design, implementation, and oversight of new workflow and imaging systems including Kofax and FileNet.  Regulatory Compliance: Achieved full compliance with the USA Patriot Act through the establishment of the Account Surveillance and Fraud Department from its inception to full functionality.  Operational Efficiency: Spearheaded the implementation of ChoicePoint, a paperless, web-based processing and record keeping system; the new system replaced a paper-intensive, non-sustainable validation process.
