Daily Duties at Cbiz Insurance Services, Inc:
Advised, consulted and recommended needed changes to existing policies depending on varying client situations to assure a professional, comprehensive and competitively priced program. Prepared policy changes on line as needed with several carriers and note agency management system according to department guidelines. Answered inbound service center calls on a daily basis in a prompt, efficient and professional manner including documenting the nature of each discussion and any required follow-up action. Prepared binders, applications, FR19s, comparison rating with knowledge of several individual carrier rating systems and agency comparative rating system as needed. Maintained assigned manual and web site carrier information on shared reference pages in computer system for use and benefit of all staff members.
