Manage $800,000 book of Select Commercial business for Minneapolis & approx. $500,000 book of Select Commercial for Kansas City Essential link between Producers, Account Executives & Client Write coverage for new clients & additional coverage for existing clients throughout the P&C realm Process applications, payments, corrections, endorsements, certificates Promote agency products to customers on the telephone & in writing Compile coverage summary & information in accessible format Submit up-to-date activity & production logs to management for review Present & clearly explain insurance policy options to clients based on their needs & goals Promote client retention through high-quality service & follow through Present account proposals in professional & timely manner Answer numerous inbound phone calls & emails in a timely manner
