Daily Duties at Citibank N.A.:

• Worked on a Sentrion upgrade project with the Backbone L3 production support team to upgrade from Sentrion 4.2.2 to 4.4 • Assisted Proofpoint Vendor team in getting change request to do upgrades to the systems they hosted for us • Implemented Sensu Software system monitoring software on all Sentrion system in UAT and Production • Assisted application group to gain access to all Proofpoint console to allow tracing of missing email • Assisted team in gathering information on OMR (Open Mail Relay) in order to be able to contact application manager / owners, regarding needed modification to work with Email Infrastructure • Create Change request regularly for the team and attended change review meetings • Supported EU Util L3 Operations GDF (Global Desktop Fax) and PDF Composer for Citi as a level 3 software analyst • GDF converts fax stream to email for executive documentation and compliance • Worked with Secured email by converting documents to PDF with a password to maintain confidentiality • Work with L2 teams and technical support to resolve technical issues no • Supported Backbone L3 Operations at CITI - Maintained Sentrion and Proofpoint sendmail email infrastructure systems by installing patches, upgrades, and enhancements necessary to support client operations • Enhanced company's strict rules for firewall, and email policy • Secured email content with these systems, by utilizing a secure version of the Redhat Linux operating system • Diagnosed and resolved problems with email addresses and security definitions
