Provide direct leadership and oversight of all research activities at Kendall Regional Medical Center including: GME, clinical trials, trauma, burn and stroke centers. Oversaw GME office in Director of GME's absence. Co-planner and co-facilitator of resident orientation. Developed and implemented all research-based and communication-based curriculum for residents and faculty. Mentored residents, faculty, and GME in research and publishing. Identified, promoted and actively participated in cross-divisional and national research initiatives. Provided simulation training in communication skills. Served as research faculty for all residency programs. Member of Incident Command Team.
