Charged with the authority and responsibility for the oversight and administration of all Graduate Medical Education (GME) training programs and ensuring compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements. Started multiple residency programs, oversaw 40+ medical students, managed GME budget, responsible for aligning local, division, and corporate goals with hospital goals, lead all GME operations through initial accreditation, warning (if applicable), and full accreditation. Hired all staff and program directors.
