Daily Duties at Merit Health Hospital:
• Assist the Primary Care Team with treating and managing up to 29 patients with chronic mental, emotional, and/or health-related problems efficiently and effectively • Required to exercise balanced judgment in evaluating situations and making quick decisions to handle potentially difficult or critical situations in a calm, consistent, and equitable manner • Record vital signs and other pertinent information regarding patient personal data into an electronic handheld computer system and provide written reports on patient performance at the conclusion of each shift
