Daily Duties at Us Army :

As a water purification and supply company administrator I oversaw 4 Platoon Leaders, 6 Administrative Leaders to ensure tasks are being completed effectively and accurately by the 113 soldiers. Provided counseling to the Platoon Leaders, Squad Leaders and subordinates to decimate communication and set clear expectations. As a HAZMAT Manager, I made sure fluids were properly stored and enforced safety throughout the facility. Managed computer networks to ensure access to systems is secure and is safely being accessed by authorized staff. Installed new and updated existing software and hardware. Managed recruiting and retention for the branch successfully filling slots and training staff to ensure that the members were properly trained and efficient in their specialty.
