Daily Duties at At&T:
Analyst on e911 database management team. Included: data entry; record maintenance (insert/change/delete requests); investigation and resolution of data-related call misroutes or download/interface errors; audits for missing or incorrect data; reporting for internal and external use; ticket creation for user access/table maintenance/system errors; type or refer corrective service orders. Added individual duties: time reporting and auditing for group of 12, e911 trouble ticket reports for sales teams across 5 states, and purchase requisitions as requested by e911 sales teams covering 21 states.
