Maintained, modified and supported Patient Registration System including Billing, Medical Records, Admissions and Administration. Administration and management of all telephone communications for the Hotel Dieu and Grace Hospitals Responsible for the MIS Support Desk, research and purchasing of all new computer equipment and placing all equipment service calls Developed, administered and conducted a hospital-wide User Group for all Microsoft Word and Lotus 1-2-3 users Responsible for the various Computer systems on a 24 hour basis
