Daily Duties at Blue Cross & Blue Shield Of Arizona:
Recruited to manage critical projects including: 1) Standardized RX Paid Claim Files, handling privacy information; 2) Single-Sign On for third party Acclaim; 3) Federal Employee Program Development and handling privacy information; 4) Development from ground up of a custom CRM system for Group Sales using MS-Dynamics - strategic application that is accessible via smartphone, iPad or PC involved pricing & CPQ.; 5) Customization & Implementation of a customized bid management system for Under Writing to respond faster to market changes. Handling pricing and CPQ.: • Managed strategic projects that will be used to increase sales and provide improved customer service. • Budgets ranged from $500K to $9 million. • Responsible for budgets to ensure projects do not exceed authorized spend amounts. • Streamlined communication between business units and IT.
