Hand-picked to lead the migration and evolution of a legacy call center, I was tasked with stabilizing a predictive dialer by introducing cutting-edge Cisco network infrastructure and firewalls. I oversaw a cross-functional team of 30 IT staff and focused on building individual skillsets and encouraging the team to earn new technical certifications.
