Corresponding issues and concerns to Samsungs VPs and project managers while teaching and coaching field engineers to meet standard operating procedures and Sprint’s scope of work. Upgraded 1200 cell sites in Pacific Northwest with new equipment from a base station to antennae which optimized Sprint’s network that propelled them from 4th position to 1st position in the LTE 4G wireless technology with speed and network reliability according to J.D. Powers and Associates, 2015.
