Daily Duties at Telephonics Corp:
Led programs from Inception to production and delivery. Responsible for System level sub-assemblies and Spares. Interfaced with Engineering on scheduled tasks and coordinated efforts with all functional support groups on schedules and program resource allocation requirements. Managed hardware and software projects utilizing EVMS for measurement of program performance. Proficient with project management tools, including scheduling, cost management, change control, risk mitigation, program scope/objectives and required resources. Led conceptional design of prototype activities with engineering on capital expenditure programs. Assured engineering efforts were within company financial budgets and scheduling. Managed Aftermarket support including spares (SRAs/LRUs) upgrades, Retrofits & Repairs. Proposal activities; answered RFQ's for new and existing products. Reviewed SOWs, Statements of work, provided cost estimating to finance and supplied cost back up information from functional departments. Interfaced with cost accounting managers on new and existing operational budgets. Reviewed issued proposals with contracts on changes to terms and conditions, financials and specifications. Led and assisted Contracts on program negotiations. Knowledgeable with FAR and ITAR regulations.
