Revised and implemented the Project Quality Plan used to administer the quality requirements for subcontractors in conjunction with the Project codes and specifications Developed and implemented Quality Manual, and defined documentation requirements for Mechanical completion of systems for commissioning Wrote protocols, qualification documents, inspection test plans and test reports for quality assurance Collaborated with management and inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards. Supervised and provided direction for 20 technical direct reports and supported the EPC management staff of 200. Performed employee performance reviews and project staffing adjustments as required Supported quality team members during corrective action updates Managed overall testing and inspection activities in coordination with construction, also monitored and analyzed the results of tests and measurements, and maintained critical records and documents related to quality assurance
