Led Process Engineering teams, driving test program, process, and yield enhancements, for increased gross margins and cycle time. Managed probe standards for manufacturing sector. • Core team member that managed QS9000 and TS16949 certifications, audits, and compliance. • Designed new factory layouts, managing a project to relocate equipment for production lines from global Motorola sites to Tianjin, China and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Resulting in a $6.1M savings for the company year on year. • Led Subcontractor and Vendor Qualification teams (US, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan) to enable needed spike capacity for customer demands.
