Managed Equipment Engineering teams to design and implement equipment process enhancements, transfers and standards. Developed and executed project plans, monitored budgets, and ensured all project deliverables were achieved on time. Completed layout and CAD work for factory design and flow, minimizing expenditures and optimizing factory space. I met aggressive project schedules, customer demands and coordinated detailed and complex project plans, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and material/resource planning. • Engaged with internal costs, depreciation, forecasts, capital planning (CAPEX/OPEX). • Directed LDMOS / MEMS factory migration from Austin, Texas, to Chandler, Arizona, completed the project on-time and within budget with no negative impact on operations. o This enabled a large corporate tax reduction by aligning production factories. • Collaborated closely with global product planning team to mitigate customer demand issues.
