Daily Duties at R Ph On The Go:

I provided interim director services to an inpatient pharmacy supporting a critical access facility within a rural Wisconsin, with a staff of 3 FTE. Performed clinical and distributive pharmacist duties including, but not limited to monitoring anticoagulant therapy, monitoring renal function and adjusting drug therapies as necessary and assisting with pain management. Additionally, I developed a pediatric quick reference sheet for emergency medications used in their emergency department.
