SENIOR STAFF MINE ENGINEER 9/96 to 9/03 • Mine Management Staff, reporting to the Mine Manager • Managed staff of retained contract engineers, cad technicians and surveyors • Prepared construction and overburden/lignite stripping plans for new mining areas • Analyzed planning logic and cost projections for future strategic reserve projects • Day-to-day operations responsibilities for technical design and planning for postmine reclamation topography and drainage structures • Day-to-day planning and oversight of contract mobile prestripping fleet • TxDOT FM2116 and FM112 Highway Relocations • Lee County CR313, CR314 Road Relocations • Milam County CR313 Superspan Replacement • Bluebonnet & Bartlett Electric Cooperative Powerline Relocations • Strategic Reserve Project Planning • Interface with TxDOT, County Judges and Commissioners; and conducted all public hearings • Development, mine planning, and budget forecasting for new mine areas • Railroad Commission Permits, US Corps EIS Permits, TxDOT Environmental Assessments • Alcoa Audit Team; ISO 9001:2000, 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001 THREE OAKS DEVELOPMENT TEAM 9/03 to 9/07 • Project Responsibilities o 5.6mi. TxDOT FM619 and FM696 Highway Relocations o 5.8mi.
