Daily Duties at Switch Solar:
Directed all internal and start-up operations as co-founder for a solar electric panel installation company. Managed all licensing, financing, staffing, training and procurement operations. Coordinated with suppliers and county officials on inventory, logistics, and permitting procedures. Provided oversight for customer service issues, guarantees, RFP and commercial quote preparation and served as company representative in the Chamber of Commerce and Hispanic Chamber; actively participating in Hispanic Chamber Weekly Leads Group. Spearheaded efforts to configure and implement all company software including - finance, engineering, marketing, sales and accounting software.
