Daily Duties at Us Navy Reserves:

Led operations at a large hospital unit with supervisory authority over MD’s, NP’s, PA’s, nurses, and corpsmen. Directed all facility operations, administered inspections, and ensured quality of service. Also served as the Clinic Manager, which supervised the operations of a high-volume ENT clinic. Devised new operations protocols to maximize workflow efficiency and ensure 100% compliance with JHACO regulations.
