Daily Duties at Sutherland Global Service :

Execution of organizational financial policies Lead business finance for Colombia, Jamaica, and Mexico’s operations Goal setting and operational decision making in collaboration with senior management Partner SG&A Function Heads in Projections/ Budgeting/Performance Reviews and Cost Optimization and decision making Design processes, process implementation and support Develop and administer the annual operating and capital budget, forecasting, and business plan monitoring Manage reporting and analysis including the following: – Review and dissemination of monthly reports; – Evaluation of monthly operations and financial variances; – Examination, minimization, and optimization of costs; – Risk assessment and mitigation; and – Team development and succession planning
