GTE Quality Control • Authored training policies / procedures and steered an integrated approach to multi-mode training, optimizing classroom sessions, blended, and action learning to promote excellence in leadership and staff. • Facilitated hostile environment, discrimination, and related company policies training programs. • Measured training outcomes; conducted direct observation and formal evaluations; and reviewed quality improvement and / or program evaluations for budget consideration. GTE Technical Support Manager • Managed performance of 15 direct reports in 24 / 7 HR operation. Maximized strategic use of human capital, administering human resource technical support for 2,000 calls daily. • Served as single point of contact for policy inquiries, driving organizational improvement in employee engagement. Provided ongoing tactical support, advice, and guidance to management.
