GTE Technical Support Manager • Managed performance of 15 direct reports in 24 / 7 HR operation. Maximized strategic use of human capital, administering human resource technical support for 2,000 calls daily. • Served as single point of contact for policy inquiries, driving organizational improvement in employee engagement. Provided ongoing tactical support, advice, and guidance to management.
