Daily Duties at Ctx International:
1 Setup and managed 100+ agents call center of computer related product. 2 Managed reversed logistics and RMA process for retail channel customers (Costco, Best Buy, Office Depot, etc.) 3 Repair / Refurbishment of desktop computers, notebook and monitors.
