• Responsible for the continued development & implementation of the Bank’s business strategy in the Americas • Head the Corporate Banking and Italian Business Development Departments. • Create and Implement joint marketing plans with our Italian Branch network targeting Italian Corporates with business activity in the Americas. • Provide financial and logistical assistance to Italian corporations looking to open a subsidiary in the US, through introductions to various US State Departments to explore suitable tax and other initiatives that are being offered, as well as working closely with SACE (Italian “EximBank”). • Liaise with the Regulators from the NY Federal Reserve Bank and NY Department of Financial Services. • Manage 15 Officers representing the Corporate Banking; Italian Business Development Desk; Credit Department; Trade & L/C Department; Treasury Department; & Loan Administration Department..
