Daily Duties at Am Trust Financial Services, Inc. :
Spearheaded the creation, launch and management of a national, multi-line claims service team. Services included design and implementation of customer specific claims handling protocols, training on claims system portals, daily claims troubleshooting, strategic claims disposition reviews and conducting audits for reserve and claims handling compliance. Also served as an individual contributor liaison between customers and AmTrust’s Information Technology area for third party system access clearance, resolution of customer facing claims systems issues and participation in projects for customer facing claims system enhancements.
