Daily Duties at Siemens, Building Technologies:

Responsible for establishing the Business Excellence culture for the Southwest Zone of the Building Technologies division (Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, and Southern Idaho). Promote and drive continuous improvement in both Service and Solutions sectors across Zone. Conduct Kaizen events and RCAs as needed to improve processes and quality. Lead the establishment and adoption of standard processes and procedures and helping to develop local WIS for positions. Communicate and collaborate with, as well as support, key stakeholders at Division, Zone, and Branch levels to ensure goals, metrics, and action plans are achieved in Quality and Productivity.
