Handled 1st and 3rd party auto claims from start to finish. Finalized and Negotiated auto claims based on comparative negligence laws based on each state guidelines and laws. Provided customer service for outside and inside customers/other company employees. Identified and Investigated potential fraudulent claims. Assisted with training for new hires.
