eLearning developer/Instructional Designer (ND DHS Eligibility System Modernization – Deloitte Project) Bismarck, North Dakota • Design and develop and author online course programs using Articulate Storyline 2.0+ • Upload courseware into SCORM and LMS • Design course layouts and pages with focus on usability and ease of use • Design, develop and author Training manual and End User manual • Design, develop and author HTML Online Help materials using MadCap Flare • Conduct need and gap analysis to determine what is and is not needed for implementation • Support JAD session to obtain design specifications for training development • Supporting human performance technology design for the client to create process improvements to benefit the end users • Support courseware analysis, design, development, writing and perform evaluation services • Support design and development of Classroom courses, Online Courses and Webinars • Conduct training evaluations using Survey Monkey and other tools to analyze outcomes of training • Create design plans, storyboards, narrative scripts, graphics, tests and scenarios. • Implement and evaluate training • Perform reviews all deliverables and ensure that quality is maintained • Training administrative tasks as it relates to coordinating events, monitoring e-mail boxes, creating surveys, setting up classrooms, and site visits
