Daily Duties at Foxconn Technology Group:

1. I have setup and managed 200+ agents contact centers of computer / consumer related products in US and China. The contact centers operations include on-line stores support and phone support. 2. I have managed a on-site service network with 2000+ on-site service technicians for SHARP related products in China. 3. I have setup and led six global service sites (US/Mexico/Brazil/India/Singapore/China) for service level maximization. These service centers were set up to help our major OEM/ODM customers (Apple/Cisco/HP/Sony) of value added supply chain management (Accessory kits kiting/inventory management/distribution), spare parts fulfillment and whole unit repair/refurbishment. The annual revenue I have created was over $650 millions and the profit margin was over 15%. 4. I have managed contract manufacturing quality control / aftermarket quality closed loop feedback and early warning processes. 5. I have been working for the past 20 years at Foxconn in customer service, reverse logistics, quality control and program management fields. I am a person with data driven and customer focused mindset and can take ownership. I have setup global service centers and contact centers in different countries to support various consumer electronics products like TV and computers. By working with international cross-function team, I have learned that you need to respect their cultures and their job functions in order to make better communications and get the job done quickly. You also need to use the influencing without authority skill and use the facts supported by data to drive the international cross-function team to get their collaboration and solve the problems together.
