Led development of Life Saving Products including SCUBA, single man inflatable raft and Co2/air inflation. Implemented a comprehensive QA program and developed training programs for the QA and production teams. Coordinated with US Navy personnel to develop a neck inflatable add-on for military use. Led Product Development of innovative Life Saving Products for single man raft and Co2/air inflator.
