Guides engineering design for clients in close coordination with testing laboratories. Developed many inflatable devices and managed the approval projects including budgets and timelines to successful completion. Significant interaction on-site in China with manufacturers and company leadership. Serves as an Advisory Board Member for Marine Products LLC and acted as UL Agent and Standards Development and Analysis Manager for the innovative Lifeshirt product. Brought firm overseas and managed the IPI (Initial Product Inspection). Member of Standards Technical Panel (STP) for 15+ years. Voting member working in task groups to improve standards and ISO harmonization. While service as UL Agent he orchestrated numerous suppliers to efficiently reduce shipping time and cost. As UL Agent he established 4 OEM customer manufacturing overseas and management of IPI (Initial Product Inspection). Serves as a board member of Marine Products LLC worldwide while streamlining operations by 25%.
