Facilitate /Proffer College/University courses and workshops. Courses: Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Human Motivation, Adult Development, Organizational Psychology first-generation college students, and adult learners. Workshops: Program Planning & Proposal Writing; Life Coaching with Teens & Young Adults; The Anxious Test-Taker; Photography, a New Therapeutic Technique; The Real Deal: About Starting a Nonprofit; and QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention. Provide trainings and volunteer staff development. Implement volunteer selection and programmatic fit protocols. Work with management to establish recruitment and collaboration methodologies. Recommend improvements to current protocols and strategic processes. Developed a board of directors selection process
