Daily Duties at Beaumont Health:

Manage 8 full time employees in HRIS. Responsible for the HRMS PeopleSoft database and data for all employees, contractors, and students. Maintain the integrity of the data entered, regulatory report management, collaborate upgrades with IT, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Pension, Employee Health & Safety, and all ad-hoc reports as requested. Audit the data daily for accuracy and to prevent errors from interfacing to other systems. Work collaboratively with IT Security to securely identify access for HR Employees.
