Daily Duties at Davis Wire Corporation:

• Oversee all human resources functions for an office and manufacturing plant consisting of 200 employees • Handle union collective bargaining agreement and labor relations as well as job bids, grievances, attendance and progressive discipline for union employees • Train and supervise human resources managers • Direct payroll including garnishments, raises, sick time, and vacation • Administer benefits for all union and non-union employees as well as implementing annual open enrollment • Create detailed monthly reports for internal operations and direct reporting to Davis Wire’s parent company, Heico Holding, Inc.
