Daily Duties at Rede, Inc.:
* Work via telecon with President and other corporate employees as listed below. * Coordinate, write and produce response to government proposals. * Originate and update capability statements, white papers, and collateral (brochures, advertising) as needed for proposals, marketing and business development. * Assist in contract Phase-In process answering questions, regarding company policies and culture, ensuring documentation for new hire and benefits is complete. * Establish REDE’s Records Management Plan and archive old records as established in the Plan. * Manage contracts, track modifications to the contract and funding levels, problem solve with the program managers, provide information for the customer and program manager, and work with the customer and staff to ensure all parties were satisfied. * Ensure REDE’s yearly 8(a) renewal applications were done on time; assist REDE in obtaining a facility secret clearance, complete diversity registrations and maintain our registrations on various government websites such as CCR, ProNet, CMBL, SBA, GoDaddy, etc. * Travel done as needed to contract locations for quarterly meetings, other events and to support phase in of new contracts.
